We floated between being a cup team and a league team all season before finishing runners up in both the mid-somerset premier league and the charity cup. Mr Bartlett topped the goal scorers chart, Mr Boucher played every minute of every game and Mr Kirk donned the gloves for nearly an entire season. It was a big year for Magna with the introduction of yet more talented players, they struggled with regularity and consistency but still managed to pull it out of the bag when it mattered. A young first team but with 3 notable generations of players including Fran George and Rusty Filer heading up the old firm; Stan Kirk, Dave Boucher, Nick Bartlett, Andy McClellen, Neil Ogborne, Lucas Chard making up the middle siblings and the young ones who consisted of James Dawson, George Pickford, Jack Honeyfield, Declan Williams, Taylor Moss, Dan Clark, Lee Boniface and Haydon Lyons!

The reserves or Crusaders had a great first year and look set to go from strength to strength by moving in to the mid-somerset league from the bath and district league and by signing a few more young guns. Bedford and JRS did a stirling job in building a foundation for the Magna 2nd string!
